Possibility of printing on curved surface
Full-color digital printing is performed on three-dimensional objects such as plastic, metal, and wood. We use very strong ink that hardens under ultraviolet light. Since it is a digital process, there is no need to make plates, and printing is possible even only 1 piece.
It is possible to print on plastic objects with height differences that UV ink cannot reach. Since it is a digital process, there is no need to make plates, and printing is possible even only 1 piece. It is the cheapest way to print.
A printing plate is made from metal. The plate is then printed on a rubber pad. The rubber is then pressed against a plastic or metal object to transfer the ink. It is strong for printing on curved surfaces, and multiple colors are possible.
Create a patterned area where the ink soaks into the silk cloth and an area where it does not. By using a spatula to imprint the ink, the pattern is printed on the product. This is a cheap way to print. Only flat surfaces can be printed.
Apply paint to the surface of the product. All surfaces can be painted with high surface hardness and beautiful colors. Transparent paint can protect the printed pattern underneath.
